Paul’s journey has been one of education, growth and genuine joy. He has worked through four different groups, multiple brands and been directly involved with over 50 facilities since his adventure began with BiG Storage back in November 2012. As a Director of the Flexiss Group, Paul’s role is to manage 29 facilities and 1.3million sqft of space.

In addition he is proud to be associated as a founding member and later the first Chair of the SSA YLG (Young Leaders Group), which has now led to his position on the UK SSA board of which he becmes the Chair later this month.

He has been directly involved with a huge mix of facilities, from traditional self storage locations and buildings, dealing with the challenges and opportunities these present, as well as being instrumental in location finding, development, financing, operating, exiting and acquiring, some of the most advanced facilities in the UK today.

Klaudiusz co-founded Stokado with his brother in 2014 and is a shareholder of the company. He also serves as CEO of AB Bechcicki, Poland’s nationwide building materials distributor. He has past experience in investment banking, focusing on M&A projects across CEE.

Since December 2025 CEO of Stokado Group. He has more than 10 years of experience in various business roles including Chief Revenue Officer & Head of Operations at Tutlo (largest Polish on-line platform for language courses), Operations Manager at Bolt Poland and strategic consultant at PwC.
