Group Finance Director

Janus International Europe Ltd.

Catherine is the Group Finance Director of Janus International Europe, responsible for financial strategy, reporting, planning, information technology and governance across the Group’s international operations. 

Catherine joined Janus in 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience in senior finance roles across private equity-backed and listed businesses. A Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with a degree in Management Science, she has led finance transformation, international systems integration, and corporate development initiatives across complex, multisite operations.
