Simon is the HR Director of Janus International Europe, responsible for overseeing the HR, Health, Safety and Quality strategy. His mission is to optimise the potential of the organisation, by translating business strategy into practical people plans that engage at all levels.

Simon joined Janus in May 2023 and is a purpose driven leader with more than 25 years’ experience as a senior HR professional across multiple sectors. Simon is also a qualified Coach and Mentor.
